डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन 100mg

डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन का उपयोग बैक्टीरिया के कारण होने वाले संक्रमण के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है, जिसमें निमोनिया और अन्य श्वसन पथ के संक्रमण (URTI और LRTI), त्वचा या आंख के कुछ संक्रमण, लसीका, आंतों, जननांग और मूत्र प्रणाली के संक्रमण शामिल हैं। यह मुँहासे के इलाज के लिए अन्य दवाओं के साथ भी प्रयोग किया जाता है। डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन टेट्रासाइक्लिन एंटीबायोटिक्स नामक दवाओं के एक वर्ग में है।

डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन का साइड इफेक्ट (सामान्य)

दस्त, उबकाई, उल्टी, पेट दर्द, प्रकाश संवेदनशीलता।

इस दवा का उपयोग कैसे किया जाना चाहिए?

डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन एक कैप्सूल, सस्टेनेबल-रिलीज़ कैप्सूल, टैबलेट और सस्पेंशन (तरल) के रूप में मुंह या मौखिक रूप से लेने के लिए आता है। आमतौर पर डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन दिन में एक या दो बार ली जाती है। प्रत्येक खुराक के साथ एक पूरा गिलास पानी पिएं। यदि डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन लेने से आपका पेट खराब हो जाता है, तो आप इसे भोजन या दूध के साथ ले सकते हैं। लेकिन बेहतर होगा कि इसे एक निश्चित समय पर ही लें।

डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन कैसे काम करता है

डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन एक एंटीबायोटिक है जो बैक्टीरिया द्वारा महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों को करने के लिए आवश्यक प्रोटीन के संश्लेषण को रोककर बैक्टीरिया के विकास को रोकता है।

सुरक्षित/असुरक्षित

1. शराब- डॉक्सीसाइक्लिन के साथ शराब का सेवन करना असुरक्षित है.

2. गर्भावस्था - गर्भावस्था के दौरान इसका उपयोग करना असुरक्षित है क्योंकि विकासशील बच्चे के लिए जोखिम के निश्चित प्रमाण हैं।

3. स्तनपान- स्तनपान के दौरान इसका उपयोग करना संभवतः सुरक्षित है। सीमित मानव डेटा से पता चलता है कि दवा बच्चे के लिए किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण जोखिम का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करती है।

4. ड्राइविंग- यह सतर्कता में कमी है, आपकी दृष्टि को प्रभावित करता है या आपको नींद और चक्कर महसूस कराता है। ये लक्षण होने पर वाहन न चलाएं।

5. किडनी- अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।

6. लीवर- अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।

Doxycycline 100mg

Doxycycline is used to treat infection caused by bacteria, including pneumonia and other respiratory tract infection (URTI & LRTI), certain infection of the skin or eye, infections of lymphatic, intestinal, genital and urinary system. It is also used along with other medications to treat acne. Doxycycline is in a class of medications called tetracycline antibiotics. 

Side Effect of Doxycycline (common)
Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Photosensitivity.

How Should this medicine be used? 
Doxycycline Comes as a capsules, sustain-release capsules, tablet, and suspension(liquid) to take by mouth or orally. Doxycycline is usually taken once or twice a day. Drink a full glass of water with each dose. If your stomach becomes upset when you take doxycycline, you may take it with food or milk. But it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Doxycycline Works
Doxycycline is an antibiotic which stop bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by the bacteria to carry out vital functions. 

Safe/Unsafe
1. Alcohol- It is unsafe to consume alcohol with doxycycline.
2. Pregnancy-it is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing     baby.

3. Breastfeeding- It is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited Human data suggests that the     drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. 

4. Driving- It is decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if     these symptoms occur.

5. Kidney- Consult to your doctor.

6. Liver- Consult to your doctor.
